Anxiety: this is very often doubt about outcome, which can be managed and controlled.

Abuse: sharing the experience can lessen the pain.

Adolescence: Having worked at Teens and Toddlers for many years I have developed a special interest in working with teenagers.

Family Issues: families come in all shapes and sizes and each once has its own special dimension that can be studied to understand where an individual fits into it.

Cultural Identity: this is of personal significance to me and I can use my knowledge and experience to help others with their identity.

Stress: removing and reducing stress from our lives makes everything else so much more manageable.

Depression and Suicidal thoughts:these are dark and painful places but together we can lighten them.

Personal Approach

My school of approach is integrative. It means I can combine different methods of therapy to help you. When we integrate mind, body and soul we feel so much more complete, we can understand what we really feel and make appropriate choices for ourselves, rather than choosing things that might please other people or what we think we ought to chose.

Integrity is about knowing who you really are and being able to be that person. There can also be integrity between the client and the therapist, both being able to communicate with each other in a truthful and honest way that makes you feel safe.
